All orders are processed within 1-4 business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express service. Please note during sales periods the dispatch lead time is up to 7 business days.

Shipping rates

Standard domestic - $10 flat rate, free for purchases $100+

Express shipping - $15 flat rate


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

We kindly ask that you provide correct information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia Post is a trusted service and, as such, Libio By Diana will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Change of mind

We hope you love your new  Libio By Diana products! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle please email us direct at:

Damaged or faulty items

In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed.

The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
